COJ account investigation

I just wanted warn everyone about my experience with NGO Musa Holdings run by Johdettke.

She offers COJ account investigation to obtain the chronologies and all readings to resolve your COJ billing problems. She assures you that you can then see where possible credits are and if there is a discrepancy she will have this resolved. The account analysis is R1500 and prepaid conversion R3000. I paid her the R1500 and 6 months later of constant follow ups via email, WhatsApp and calls I have not received the chronology report and my COJ bill actually increase significantly since we started this process with her.

Please don’t use her as she only has excuses and refuses to refund me.
