WORST SERVICE EVER!

NGL is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with to date. With no interest or sense of urgency to get a matter resolved. It’s absolutely appalling that such businesses are still able to run despite the type of customer experience provided, or should I say lack off. My property was sold in March this year. I was asked to sign paper work in April at the offices in Sandhurst. Upon my arrival and signing of the transfer documents, I was informed that I have 6 weeks to vacate the premises before the new owner moves in (that would’ve been the end of May). On the 31st of May, the property keys were handed over to the real estate agent. NO COMMUNICATION was provided by NGL from April until I left the premises at the end of May. It’s now August, and guess what - the new owner did not move into the house. The bond is being paid by me every month!!! Emails have been sent for the last week, to which I am yet to receive any response. How difficult is it to provide a client with an update? I am the one who is constantly emailing and Whatsapping. All I require is an update on the AOD request which was sent to Nedbank. Yet I am receiving threatening SMSs and emails from the bank? I’ll be lucky if I even get a response to this complaint, seeing that it’s my last option.

It’s very easy for the people at NGL to say that I am still liable for the bond payment each month, without taking into account the deadline they gave me to leave the premises. No one wants to take ownership of the fact that NGL told me that I needed to have moved out by then and failed to mention the fact that the purchaser did not sign the documents to move into the house by that time??? Which means the onus was on me to pay for the bond and the new premises I moved into??? Where is the new owner and the occupational rent that they could be paying??? The only time I EVER get any response is when I call into the offices ****ED off requesting to speak to the person handling my matter.

Honestly, what type of company is this. My personal opinion is if you don’t have to deal with them do yourself a favor and don’t. find a company that’s more reputable. One which wouldn’t give you sleepless nights and is the reason you’re being handed over to ITC.
