INCREDIBLY unhelpful admin staff!!

My cellphone number was erroneously added to your database, I have been receiving SMSs daily about property transfers and clearance certificates that have NOTHING to do with me (I am not a client of yours!!), and cannot block the number as it is a service number that changes with each SMS.

Basically I am now being spammed by this company - I cannot click unsubscribe or reply "stop" anywhere - and it is a constant pestilence.

I have tried to call and get my number removed, but was told over the phone "We can't help you, an external company handles these SMSs." before my call was redirected to one of the company directors, Yolandi something or other, whose phone just rang and rang.

Absolutely useless.
