Terrible service and failure to do a simple job

<p>On 3 November, NGL Attorneys were instructed to cancel a file as result of breach from seller. </p> <p>They responded on Monday 7 Nov to say they will need to send a letter to the buyer to rectify the matter. We immediately gave them the go-ahead to do this and was assured that it is normally done the same day. </p> <p>Five days later, Friday 11 Nov, this was still not done. The worst of it is the terrible service I received from Brenda Pretorius and the empty promises from another lady Clarisse who answers the phone on behalf of Brenda has been "on lunch" or "busy on the phone" every time I have called. Clarisse would promise to follow up and call back/ email back/ ask Brenda to email back and never did. </p> <p>After threatening to report them to Trustline, Brenda immediately responded on that Friday, 11 Nov with more empty promises. </p> <p>It is now 26 Nov, and I have received NOTHING in the form of a letter to the buyer and the file being cancelled. </p> <p>This is way below pathetic for a company that promises that "At NGL Attorneys Excellence is Not Negotiable". </p> <p>I will have nothing to do with them again in future. </p>
