I wish to extend my gratitude towards Yolandi and Janine for the assistance provided in settling a matter that has been a struggle at best.

My wife and I sold our property during 2018 whereby NGL was the transfer attorneys. Registration of this sale occurred in October 2018 and the rates account was closed in November 2018. She asked me for certain particulars which I was happy to provide. From there she gave me a timeline of events that would unfold and a promise that she would stay involved throughout the process. Not a single hiccup occurred and the funds were transferred to my account even sooner than the timeline she had provided me with.

Janine established contact on 25/01/2019 and confirmed from time to time what the status was on getting the matter finalized. Further to this, Janine even gave me the courtesy of a follow up call after the payment was made just to confirm that all was in order.
