Pathetic service for a non luxury item - shelter

My experience with NGL attorneys has been terrible. I wish I had done my due diligence before engaging with them . Had I have done my due diligence I would asked the seller to use other attorneys. 1. They don’t respond to emails 2. When you call and leave a message to call back they don’t call back 3. Since the delay in transfer was apparently due Tswane offices we requested account /reference number of the logged rates clearance figures so we could personally follow up and their response was to give us the Tswane council office numbers. Which is an insult , we call and say what ? The service is poor and I can forsee us having our property taking forever to transfer because they don’t care . COVID is a good excuse for them . Will never recommend them to anyone .
