Totally surprised by the lack of professional conduct and integrity displayed by Team leader and Director in our dealings. No feedback or sense of urgency that had a negative financial implication on us. Got fees from seller and never bothered to resolve dispute. Total disregard towards us in the transaction , clear bias towards one party. No consideration by any of the directors to get any issues we raised resolved.

I cant believe that anyone should be forced to be subject to dealing with this level of disregard and incompetence.
