NGL ATTORNEYS ARE USELESS

The client service from the Benoni and Alberton office is absoulutely **********. In a transaction that could have been finalised in a few months, there have been multiple delays, caused by NGL. Unsigned documents that have to be couriered from on office to another, the transfer of the case from one department to another (on multiple ocassions) and n shocking lack of communication from NGL to all roleplayers. I have never experienced such frustration with a conveyancing firm. Disgusting. They don't even deserve one star. Don't recommend.
