NGL Attorney delay bond registration on sellers instruction

We bought a new home in January. Since 12 Feb NGL Attorneys Meyersdal has not been able to sucessfully transfer this home to us. Or emails were ignored. No feedback on status. Feels like the attorney and seller are stalling the registration to suit the sellers occupation date. At the same time we sold our home and in three weeks Melanie David's attorney had completed the transaction successfully and professionally. Keeping the buyers and us happy.
