Lack of feedback

My experience with NGL has been very bad. NGL has always promised feedback but fail to deliver. I have been waiting to move into my house, bank has approved the loan. NGL has a lack of communication skills to the customer and at one point I felt like cancelling the deal because they dont respond to emails on time and when you try and call them they never available. A terrible experience and after this deal has been done, I hope to never do business with them again.
