I regret using NGL attorneys services
<p>Around 15 Feb 2016, I bought house through NGL Attorneys and Chad Everett agency. <br />Paid all the Bond registration And Lawyers fees that was needed.<br />Promised that whole process should be done before end of July 2016, which they kept me through the loop from Feb till Mid October 2016. <br />Now its 11 Nov 2016 nothing has changed, No update or why is the process taking so long.<br />When I ask both parties NGL Attorney(Mariette, Elizabeth, Kathy, Katlego (director), Yolandi) and Chad Everett Agency(Mpumi, Marvelous, Karen), I get told that the Architect his busy with measurements. I regret the initial conversation I had with them.<br />There service is terrible and I don't wish anyone to use their services.<br />Also can I have my money back, No negotiations</p>

I did send an email to NGL attorneys even to one of your directors(Katlego) on the 24th October 2016, but failed to respond to me from that day.
What would be the difference now?
I gave you notice on the 24 October 2016 to finalize the transfer process, but I get same lame response from both parties(NGL & Chad Everett). You are affecting my personal life Now and for that I'm taking further steps against both parties

Since no one is willing to respond to my emails and promised made by Yolanda that one of their directos will call me back and give us feedback, till Now NO attempt from both parties to contact me. Now I’m forced to open Case against both of parties.
