NGL Attorneys is actual a nightmare to work with, no communication, no sense of urgency and no respect for clients. I actually ended up not enjoying my 1st House purchase because of their lack of communication and no interest in clients matters. I ended up paying a rental on my own house as they delayed my bond registration, I would never ever in life recommend NGL Attorneys to anyone their delays, no communication and no sense of urgency on my case I believe it was racially motivated I was working with Chantelle who never bothered to communicate I would follow up then that's when she would say " documents were rejected' or there is delay in deeds office worst part my bond was supposed to be registered latest 29 April , when i called her she told me to talk to the seller to allow me to rent for the weekend which was a long weekend as the bond will be registered on a Tuesday she did not care she didn't see this as urgent i was the one forcing to get communication as if i didn't pay yhoo a worst nightmare .
