Poor service and hygiene standards

The tented shalets were absolutely beautiful but the service was very poor. We had booked for 3 persons, 2 adults and 1 child over the long weekend however only received towels for 2 people. We requested additional towels twice from the general manager but after check out 3 days later, we still haven't received the towels. The dustbins also weren't emptied even once during the course of our stay despite reporting this to the GM on several occasions. The floors were not mopped and the coffee cups were not even washed daily. Very disappointed.
