I want my refund please

Hi Is me again, 29th of March i received an email from the business with a late response apology and i was promised my refund transfer was done. I then requested for a proof of payment since they hardly respond to my emails. Nothing has been forwarded to me, i have been calling them daily no response or sometimes the call is not getting through im not sure if the number online is working or not. This is not the route i want to take but with no response or any kind of communication i do not have a choice
