Unfair treatment

Hi. I am Pienaar Van Der Merwe. I have been having a lot of trouble with NG welfare from Randfontein. They started investigation against me and my girlfriend about a year ago in connection with my daughter. But everything they tried to accuse us if had been proven wrong through doing medical check ups by hospitals. Then they started accusing us for using drugs. And i have broken my ankle more than a year ago and had to under go an opp. Which in this case i make use of a lot of pain medication given to me by my doctor. My girlfriend is diagnosed with chronic megrains and she has problems with her heart and lungs which also makes her intake a lot of medicine. They then tested us more then 3 months ago with normal urine tests and we were positive. We then asked them to do blood tests to make sure that it is drugs or medicine. But they refused. And said that the urine test can test above average. They then took my daughter ( Anajs Van Der Merwe, and my step children.) Away from us. I then went to my doctor Krugersdorp Private Hospital. And asked that they give my a copy all my medicine i recieved over the past year to prove that i am not on street drugs but on medicine. I then sent it through to the welfare in hope that we could get our children back into our custody. But they ignore us completely. We went to the welfare a couple of times but the social worker is never there or available. We have left messages and still no reply. We have not seen our children in more than 3 months. And the welfare just does not give a damn. We would really like for someone to help us in this matter please. We love and want our kids back. And until now have not recieved any communication from the welfare. And we do not even know if our kids are ok or even the where abouts of our kids. The welfare have not done a good job in thier investigation. And this lead to us loosing our kids because of that and i find it very unfair. And they are messing up my kids life's through thier in capable ways of investigations. Could someone please assist us. As the welfare just does not get back to us or they are never avail. We have co-opperated in every way but they just dont care. There are a lot of other people who complain about NG Welfare on face book. But no one does anything about it.
