Horrible Service
<p> </p> <p>Johan Grundlingh owner of NFS Auto feels i dont tell the whole story so here is the whole story Johan for everyone to see and to be aware of NFS Auto. He feels i am not allowed to post what they did but i feel its every consumers right to be informed of this incident.</p> <p><br />1) My vehicle were taken to NFS Auto for a quote on repairs.<br />2) Quote were send to my vehicle warranty company. The amount charged were almost R25000 for the repairs needed. Warranty company covered almost R19000.<br />3) I spoke to numerous vehicle repair centers and none of them came to that high amount for an replacement motor. I asked to move the vehicle and were told that i have to pay R1800 diagnostic fee which i felt were way to high and were never discussed with me or have i signed documents to give my approval of such large amount.<br />4) You denied me to remove my vehicle even after i got the police involved.<br />5) You then made it your mission to get my already approved claim denied and send emails that hold no truth to it to the warranty company.<br />6) After you managed to get approval of R2500 diagnostic fee out of my warranty company you went ahead and dropped my vehicle off next to the road in front of an address where i dont even stay.<br />7) Now that i want to move my vehicle there is no key. You told me the key is inside the vehicle but the driver door is locked and can only be locked with the key from the outside.</p> <p><br />SO THE COMPLETE STORY. YOU MANAGED TO GET R2500 FROM MY WARRANTY COMPANY. ATTEMPTED TO GET MY CLAIM DENIED AFTER IT WERE APPROVED AND LEFT MY VEHICLE NEXT TO A PUBLIC ROAD WITH OUT A KEY FOR ME TO MOVE IT. AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS THEY STILL DONT WANT TO HAND MY VEHICLES KEY BACK TO ME</p> <p> </p>
