Worst company ever.

If you decide to take your car to these guys brace yourself for stress, headache, lies and disappointment. They were working on my car in December 2023. When I drove it down to Dbn from JHB, I was when I reached Mooiriver I started experiencing the same problem as before. When I alerted them they promised to send someone down to Dbn to fix it but that never happened. I had to drive the car back to JHB.

I dropped the car with them, I was promised that they will take about 4hrs to have it fixed but that took another week. I was promised updates and never received any until I made a follow up with the but lies after lies. Promised to have the car back the next day and the next and the next. Empty promises all the way.

To top it off, they were driving my car at night whereas I was told that it's not fixed and they don't work on Sundays. Even on Sundays my car was driven around. When I raised this with the management I was told that they will investigate. Until today I have not received any update (lies and empty promises)

Today (31.01.2024) my car was delivered to me with an empty tank. Mind you it was almost full when I dropped it with them.

The worse company to use to fix your gearbox. Zero respect for clients, zero business acumen, full of lies and empty promises.
