NG Gearbox

Terrible service car went in because the gearbox was giving me problems the car was with them for almost 2 months no feedback on the how far the repairs are going and on the tracker I could see the car was moving when I ask what is going on they say they are looking for the parts to fix the gear box. I asked them are you not supposed to be sourcing out the parts with your own resources? I could write a whole essay of a bad experience I got from them. The other part is I realized they changed batteries and they gave me an old one when my car did not want to start this morning.NF shame did me bad
