POOR WORKMANSHIP FROM MNDANIELS BUILDING SOLUTIONS

I was recommended by the draftsman Grant Robinson that assisted with my renovation plans to Nezaam Daniels that has a building business consisting of his family, Father, Brother, Cousins, etc. Nezaam was very eager to assist by forwarding documents of his business but me not knowing that one should search on NBC and others to view legitimacy of this. Nezaam started off with my conservatory which he got Jemel to do the aluminum folding doors which is now has problems as the glass installed is cut incorrectly and now cracking as well the sliding of the doors are not working properly. The fireplace installed smokes up the whole area, gutters not placed correctly and the polycard sheeting not fitted correctly. The fire place has rusted and leaks, our belonging ruined by incompetency. Then renovation on the house went south when starting on the roof which was a total failure from the start as he wanted to ****** me for far more than than quotes received from reputable companies. He damaged the car awning by not asking but just taking it and nailing into the open roof which also more damaged occurred to the house ceilings and interior. Saw on Facebook on his page that he has posted pictures of my house without permission on his "thought of satisfactory work" but failed to apologize for his poor workmanship or reimburse for damaging our property. He has poorly installed the plumbing work as well as the second builder had to redo everything costing me much more as well as to fix the roof were they cut trusses and tried to assemble to their own way and not going with the plan designed by engineer. He over charged me on labour as well as one of his laborer's come to me for money which I paid and confirm Nezaam has under paid them as well. The skylights he got from Nu-Light Rylands which has given problems from installation as it was poorly installed as per the owner of this shop "Mr. Ebrahim" advised Nezaam took a blank receipt from him and wrote his own amounts on the receipt including VAT (the ***** that he is) which Mr. Ebrahim apparently does not charge and that Nezaam only paid him a portion of the amount I have given, non the less Mr. Ebrahim very rude man that has no way of speaking refuses to replace the faulty poorly made skylights as well and avoids calls ( as he claims Ill be giving out more money for lawyers as he knows this process and Iam wasting my time) as well as Jemel (cellphone number ***) that has installed the folding doors. The Nezaam has plastered poorly as the walls has to be filled over and over again, the frames of the doors was incorrectly installed as doors are hanging. My nightmare more begins as trying to sleep in my "new renovated room" it sounds as if iam laying in a tent as the isolation to blowing around and tiles not fixed onto roof all correctly, broken and WHAT A DISASTER. Please do not use this business for anything, as he is ***** and does not know what his doing.

Roof installation: Roof requires to be redone due to valley installed incorrectly. A truss was cut which is incorrect, accordingly to the Trust plant. Trusses was made which is an incorrect procedure. Trust spacing is incorrect The placing of the skylights including existing leakage currently occurring which caused damage to the new installed PVC ceiling in room which is also incorrect due to compliance of the A19 certificate required from an engineer. All valley trusses installed incorrectly Bracing also done incorrectly. Damages to the house and existing structure material: The front Aluminium door had to be removed as it was damaged and installed upside down/ back to front which caused rainwater to enter infront and door could not open and close correctly. The cleaning of the door and windows which is aluminium and scratched tint had to be done as door was in bad shape. Carport awning damaged and torn due to taking without permission to cover the open existing roof that got damaged due to the weather as the roof was not done corectly in sections to prevent leakage which occurred in kitchen and bedroom. Damage to the existing roofs fascia board and eves, which was not replaced.

Plumbing: Redo plumbing in bathroom due to no balance pressure Shower mixer filled with cement had to be replaced. Install shower trap, which was placed incorrectly, rose and arm was not placed correctly Redone toilet waste and supply line. Basin waste was outside the wall which was placed inside wall. Removed the gulley to create sewage stack and reroute front gully as it was Infront of the front door and install outside tap. Washing machine waste pipe was outside and had to be placed inside wall. Install balance cold water to basin and shower Main pressure to toilet and laundry. Inspect main sewer line as it was not done completely

The conservatory: The fireplace was installed incorrectly as leakage occurred causing damage. The front aluminium door was not properly installed due to rainwater flooding causing damage to that area. Gutter not properly installed as the rainwater seeps down the vibrecrete. Galvanised flashing had to be bought as the polycarb was placed which tore incorrect method and material to last during winter.
