THE INCOMPETENCE OF NEXUS SNEAKERS

Good day. Three weeks back I ordered a pair of sneakers at nexus sneakers. They delivered a week after but then they delivered the wrong size, I ordered uk size 4 and they delivered uk size 3, so I inboxed them on Instagram and they said they gonna deliver the right size within 3-5 days it has been more than a week now and they still haven’t delivered the right size, so I inboxed them again and they didn’t reply so I emailed and even tried calling them and I didn’t receive any response.
