Bankstatements2excel.co.za billing me for now conversion of Standard Bank and ABSA bank statements

Using their bankstatements2excel.co.za software to convert PDF bank statements to CSV format to assist with importation into accounting software. I am being billed for pages "converted" but what is converted cannot be used. This is specific to Standard Bank and ABSA bank statements. There is only a WhatsApp number available to contact, but no feedback to our request. I need this fixed or my money back for all the bank statements being "converted" but unusable!

I convert multiple bank statements monthly and this is unacceptable to get billed but no service was delivered. If your system cannot convert Standard Bank and ABSA statements, rather remove that service and specifically say only the other banks can be done.
