No after service

Beware of this company. Their staff are very friendly while you are in the process of buying from them. But there is no after service at all. We had a solar system installed by them, before the guarantee on the system expired we had a problem with the inverter. They took so long that we replaced their system with a system from another company as we are living on a farm and has no other means of power because there are no Eskom power. That company also noted that the system was not earthed. We still requested Next Level to replace or fix the inverter and was then informed that there was no longer a valid guarantee. The next question from them was who installed the system. We send them the prove of payment for the installation by them. The fact of the matter is they did not act while the guarantee was still in place. We are still waiting to hear from them and at present the person who is working on this matter does not answer our calls.
