Renault kwid brakes by next generation auto

My Renault kwid brakes are done, As an old existing client from next gen auto in Belleville sacs ,I expected to be well informed that my brakes are about to fail. Because I trusted this company. Due to the lack of communication I'm deeply disappointed in the services. And I will not be coming back. Thank you for the 2 years of services.
