Very unsatisfied customer

I have confirmed stock with next gen solar, which they confirmed availability with me before I made a payment of R10200.00 to them on Wednesday 15 Feb 2023. Promised to deliver the stock by Friday 24 Feb 2023. Inv no: 015279. After numerous emails 21 to be exact, I still do not have my stock nor a refund after my banking detail was sent. Please do not use Next Gen Solar. I will be opening a case against the at the small claims court by this coming Friday.
