Poor customer support

NextSolar is an uphill battle. Delays are not communicated. It's almost impossible to get hold of anyone. Today alone I have made 3 calls to find out about my COC and have spent upwards of 20 minutes in a telephone queue. I've given up for the day. Don't expect a happy customer experience.
