No goods delivered and no refund.

<div>On the 24th of November 2023 I logged onto the website. www.nextgensolar.co.za which was offering black Friday specials. I had looked at positive reviews on hello peter which unfortunately mislead me. I ordered 3 items and delivery which came to R61,146.00. The following day on 25 November 2023 I received an email from ***, purportedly addressed by one *****. The email requested of me whether I wanted installation of other products, which I declined. On the 25th of November 2023 the same person sent me an invoice. In terms of the invoice, I was going to purchase: 2 x Hubble Lithium AM2 5.5KWH 51V Batteries; 1 x SA Solar 200l high-pressure geyser. Included in the invoice was a cost to install the high-pressure geyser at my premises; The company was to deliver all the goods to the nominated address. In line with the invoice, I paid the amount of R61,1463.00 to the banking account set out on the invoice. Being a Standard Bank, account number. I requested, by email a telephone number. The same ****** responded and stated “As we are a full online based store we make use of digital channels for pre and after sales support. We will however provide you with the installers number once a date has been set.” On 27 November 2023 the same ****** emailed me and set out delivery times. I elected 5 December at 1pm. On Monday 4 December 2023 the same ****** using the same email address sent me an email stating that the installation would be conducted by a particular company in Durban. No installer arrived on 5 December 2023. On the same day, I spoke to the reginal manager of the installer company. The manager confirmed that ****** and\or nextgensolar were not known to him or their company Since that time I have been addressing emails to ***, but have received no reply except in an answer to me demanding my money back, which contained my ID number full name the message : "Don’t threaten people you know nothing about we know everything about you on the other end. Will be sure to circulate this to the right people as well as your address. Luckily so many people hate you already for cases you have done so we don’t even have to do much. Sleep well dream about us ****" Also The company registration number on the invoice does not match the company details. It also appears that the VAT number on the invoice does not match the company details. I still have no goods and no refund.</div>
