Avoid Next Gen Solar

Purchased solar panels via internet from next gen solar. Once Eft payments was done for delivery all email comunication stoped . The company address is of non existent when tried to locate. Standard bank and FNB not helpfull to reverse payment, was told The banks do not reverse/ recall the funds if the incident is ***** or **** related. I have layed a ***** case to SAPS and still no answers
