I believe that just as one is entitled to sharing a good review, so too a bad review deserves to be voiced.

I drove my car to Next Gen Auto on 28 August 2021, excited at the expectation of having a fully operational car back soon. Oef! the soon turned out to be 3 months and the operational part - well lets just agree to the non existence thereof. the service from the reception lady was so nice and friendly and a real breath of fresh air, until the stories started...why my car inst being fixed, why its taking so long, why the engineers had to this that and the other... i had to keep paying in more and more - when i was already invoices after an initial assessment has been done. i paid the money as they refused to continue working on my car.

To say i am utterly disgusted at the service would be an understatement of format. on 15November 2021 during a heated conversation between myself and the mechanic/owner i basically demanded that they cease all work to my car and return it as is - at this point it was not driving. I went there with another vehicle to tow my car away, i was made a promise that my car would be ready soon, the next saturday 20 Nov 2021 at 14h04 I received a call saying my car is finished and i can come an collect.. i did so on 22 Nov 2021. i drove my car back to my workplace with no lights or indicators working, yet these were all working on my car when i drove it there!!! i was made to sign on 3 parts that are not working on the car. yet i paid them almost 14 000.00 to fix my car! the next day i drove my car to work and had a break down less than 1km from my house. my engine is leaking oil to the extent that i use close to 20 ltrs oil per week!!

Next Gen Automotive is the one place that i will NEVER recommend to anyone ...ever... If you google and D.I.Y even that would be better.

The only good thing i can say about the place is the attitude of the mechanic, Never at any stage was he rude or disrespectful. I just wish he could fix my car for the amount of money i had to fork out
