So i sent in my gun for repairs last year April 2023 and a year and half later get a call back for me to collect. After getting there the lady got asked why a year and half later at what time i asked the sales lady why so long. Her reply to me the repair center never knew they had to repair the gun. So I told her that i came in at least 1 a week asking about my gun and was told I would get a call when its ready. Then she tells me i talking bull by saying I came in 1 a week to find out where it is and that I'm a **** to say this. Then i ask why it took a year and half to get me feedback and she got upset with me and raised her voice to me at which time i raised my voice and told her to phone the owner of Next field key west where she told me it none of my business to talk to the owner she works there and what she says goes. This was it for me and I told her I want to talk to the owner and insisted to where she gave me an email address of presumably the owner. So, this is my problem. I wait a year and half for them to get my gun back then she gets upset with me because i am not happy with the service and then got blown off with a **** attitude regarding it and then she has the ****ing ordacity to tell me to pay for the gun. I don't have a problem to pay but **** you did not even tell the repair guys it was to be repaired and then get an attitude with me over my gun being there for a year and half. This place needs to also be held accountable for their actions not just me. Please if anyone has encountered the same as me, please reply to this as this is bull****. If I had to take a year and half to get back to 1 of my clients i would have been fired and be without a job but for them to do this it's completely natural to do this ****.
