Worst customer service

I had purchased a Smiggle set from them. I was told the shipment would be delayed by 1-2 days. After 2 weeks I was told Skynet was trying to contact me to get clearance of the item. I wasn’t not even given a tracking number nor advised about the item being sent. I made a payment to get clearance of the item. It was returned to next and as yet have not had my money refunded. I have bought from a lot of places overseas and have always had the item couriered to me. This is a first time a company doesn’t even have a proper customer service. Worst company to buy from ever and worst courier service ever
