Super un-informative.

I ordered from Next a few days ago for the first time. And i was over the moon happy with how quick it took to get to me. Until i ordered for the second time. My first order came to R299, including the delivery charge. My second order came up to R599 and i didn't have to pay for delivery because my order was over R400. This was not the case though. Yesterday i received a phone call from South African Customs telling me i need to now pay an additional R580 for my order to clear customs. Next didn't tell me this of co**** and it wasn't easy to find on their website. When i did find the information about clearing customs, it didn't mention anywhere that it would cost me almost as much as the product. I also don't have the option of returning the product to Next straight from Customs, so i am going to have to pay.<br> <br> I just wanted to put this out there to everyone ordering from Next that does not live the UK, be prepared to possibly pay double for your order, because they are not going to tell you.
