New duties charges!! TERRIBLE! DONT USE THEM

I used to buy a lot from Next Direct and if you kept your order value below R500 (allowable value for imports to not be charged duties into South Africa) then the process was seamless and easy. However, that has all changed. An order valued at R485 was shipped in two parts and therefore I was charged two lots of admin fee's AND it now contributes 2 times to my 3 allowable personal imports per year. On top of that, the duties (previously not charged if order was below R500) were over R250! Compare this to other international brands that make the process easy with no EFT's needing to be paid to Courier companies with threats of demurrage charges if you don't pay within 3 days AND import falling under their own import numbers not your personal ID number, Next are behind the times and I wont be buying from them again.
