False advertising

I made a payment of a large amount. Free shipping stated. Received an invoice of the SAME amount as my original payment for customs, about 2 weeks after I made the original purchase payment. I have bought online many times, never have received an invoice after the payment was finalised. Cleary false advertising. Now, the package might only arrive in Dec. Bought it a few weeks back, as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. If I knew this beforehand, I would have supported a different online store. Beware!
