Do not attempt to order anything off these ***boys!

Horrific. I live in the UK. My son and his wife are in SA and have twins that have been born. I chose several items to be delivered to SA since their site is now covering SA. I could not pay with my LLoyds card. They said I have to be in SA to buy. So I transferred money to my SA account and tried to pay. No go. They said I have to have the items delivered to me and send myself. I then deposited funds into my friend in SA to order. She had the same problem. How these people make any money at all is beyond me. Useless, beyond useless. I went to Woolworths online. What a complete pleasure. Paid and my son and his wife will receive the goods next week. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I didn't know about the extra fee for delivery, but they said they don't deliver anyway. What kind of online service is this?? Pathetic to say the least.
