Beware undisclosed charges

I ordered two dresses with Next Direct with no delivery charge at checkout. Skynet contacted me a few days later requesting payment of almost the same amount I paid for the dresses before my order would be released! When I queried this with Next Direct their response was I should read the t’s&c’s, and that my money would be refunded 28 days after they receive the goods back.
