I placed one order of four clothing items with them. They sent me two separate shipments, such that I had to pay double for admin fees. They were unhelpful in that they refused to send my order as one parcel. I am also still waiting for a refund from them. It's like buying one pair of socks, and they decide to ship each pair separately as two parcels. If you want to buy clothing online, do not use NEXT Direct unless you have money to waste.
