******* Billboards and ******* Dumping

During alterations to his property, Frank Peters dumped all his rubble on the pavement. The police were sent there twice, but Frank ignored them and continued with his ******* dumping as soon as they left. He then compacted the rubble and top-dressed the pavement. Now he has erected two huge, ugly, ******* billboards on the corner of Old Kilcullen and WItney. He has been approached several times by our representative in the DA but continues to ignore our pleas.( I have photographs of both the ******* dumping and ******* billboards). I would like to point out that I am NOT a customer of Nexprop but live in the neighbourhood. Date and time of incident is ongoing since the middle of last year 2014.
