Poor quality product and support is worse

Poor customer service(actually no customer service)they do not respond to emails and after only a year of owning my oakford 790 it has broken, it will not stop dispensing pellets even when turned off(only stops when unplugged from the wall outlet) for something that cost R14000 it should last well over a year and you should get some kind of customer support, I am extremely disappointed with the product and would never recommend to anyone to buy anything from Nexgrill
