Great experience - NexGenMobile is fantastic!

Had my phone ****** urgently needed a new one. I ordered one on the NexGenMobile website. Immediately after hitting thr purchase button and paying I realized I had bought the wrong color. I texted the Whatsapp number on the site shortly thereafter received a response from Suhail who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process, including assisting me to change the color of thr phone right, until I received my phone 2 business days later.
