Extraordinary Customer Service

In a world where very poor to no customer service has become the norm, it is always a surprise to find a company who actually cares about their customers. NexGenMobile is such a company. After I placed my order, they immediately followed up and the phone was delivered 2 days later, even though it’s December and they were running a big sale. They were very friendly, efficient and professional and kept me up to date through the whole process. They even helped keep it a surprise for my husband’s birthday, followed up to check whether we were happy with the product once it was unboxed and remembered the date of my husband’s birthday! I was very impressed with the entire experience and will definitely highly recommend NexGenMobile!
