Best Service Delivery I have had in SA so far

The team from NexGen Mobile are brilliant, from the first interaction. They are extremely professional and helpful. Not only helpful, but the prices are also extremely competitive. They are with you every step of the way until your package is delivered. When I first started interacting with them on whatsapp I was a bit skeptical because you don't necessarily know the business... it's easy to buy from the big companies for convenience, but after some interactions with the guys and them even providing me with previous client reviews (outside of Hello Peter), I decided to give them a go. As the team mentioned, I was not going to be disappointed and they were right. From the moment the order was placed they kept me up to date with every little step, invoice, phone detail and even their choice of courier is on point, giving you close estimates of when your package will be picked up and by what time you'll receive it. This is hands down the best service delivery I have had in SA with the nicest team. I will most certainly be adding them to my trusted list of businesses and promote them wherever I can to friends and Family. If the business was ever to expand in to other electronics, I would certainly get it from this team. Thank you guys for the awesome interactions!
