Awesome Service

I would like to thank Suhail for his amazing service. I placed my order afterhours on a Saturday and got an immediate response from Suhail acknowledging receipt - I certainly did not expect this. He then kept me informed every step of the way until my order arrived and even checked that everything was ok with the phone. Personal service is not something you see these days, everything is electronic and it is difficult to get a hold of a human. I do appreciate the effort put in by Suhail and NexGenMobile to proactively keep me up to speed with everything. The cellphone arrived undamaged, on time and in perfect condition. I forgot to mention that the price I paid for my Apple phone was significantly cheaper that anywhere else. I will definitely use NexGenMobile again.
