Manager doesn't even care about patrons

My husband recently stayed at the Nexbed Bed and Breakfast in Middelburg. Halfway through the week he woke up to the smell of urine as the toilet pipe in the room upstairs had burst and was leaking into his room. That morning he was moved to the room next door to his previous leaking room. He went to the manager to complain about the manner in which they dealt with the situation as well as the false advertising as they said they had DSTV and Wifi. The TV only has 2 channels. Not even SABC channels and there is little to no wifi reception in the area. She just shrugged at his complaints. He told her if this is the way they operate then he is going to find another accommodation on which she rep**** she thinks that will be better??? Do they not care about who stays there??? I will definitely not advise to stay there. Try the Wood******. They are far better.
