The worst services I've ever received with Newzin Hauliers Cc

Newzin Hauliers Cc assisted me with a long distance move two months ago. At first everything was going well. They had affordable prices compared to other companies, they're services was excellent. Great communication and perfect pickup on the day and delivery was as scheduled. Until one of my items got missed placed in another town and they have been unable to retrieve it ever since. I've been emailing, calling, messaging but to my surprise there has not been a good outcome. The supervisors Amos and Paul are now even ignoring my calls and messages. I'm only able to get a hold of the office assistant and the driver supervisor who has been the only people trying to assist me in getting me reimbursed for the lost/misplaced item. The supervisors has been making empty promises to return my lost item until today. Each time I follow up I get a new reason why they couldn't deliver on that date or it will be done on a different date. I have ot requested that the refund me the money instead. Only R700 for the cost of the lost item and an established company like Newzin Hauliers CC cannot even pay that amount. I'm going to report them to the Consumer Provincial Offices. Not bring unreasonable when I say this, because I have been more than patient enough with them, I've been forcing communication out of them since the delivery and I feel that it is only my right to take action at this point. They even called me to ask if they didn't by mistake left an ironing board with my things, which tells me that this is not the first time they've missed placed people's furniture or items. I would not recommend this company to anyone, stay far away
