VERY VERY BAD SERVICE !!!

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had the baddest experience with steers Newtown junction .They allways give half orders the first time is ordered the combo special wich comeswith the quarter chicken a coke and chips there was no meat in and no chips but the delivery guy went back and brought the rite order back wich i understood . The second time the order came with no coldrink i took it back and he the manager wanted to blame the delivery guy and he was also very rude and told me that our company is not the only company that orders food buy them ,this time the same thing happened i took the food back and advised them on the missing coldrink than he wanted to blame me and said,im the only one coming back all the time meaning that i eat the food and take half the food back to them wich is unfair because thats not what is happening they give very very bad service then he calls back and says that people are rude to him but customer is calm when they got a bad service .The manager than called back and he was very rude over the phone and said i trew the food in hes face he says that they camera footage that i threw the food in hes face he even went as far as told me he will come to Nedbank and show me what a attitude is .Please advice on whats the way forward because a person like that should not be in a leadership position .He does not have any customer service .</p>
