SHOCKING SERVICE

I have just spent 25 mins (yes I have a digital phone) listening to awful music holding on for someone at Newtons Attorneys to answer the phone. I finally get to "you are number 1 in the Q" & my call is cut off. Someone definitely answered & put down immediately. I have been trying for weeks now to get assistance with a simple request to email me a STATEMENT of my outstanding amount. Not just a standard email. I want an officially letterhead with all requested details on it. I have sent a number of emails & nothing & now, today, to put the icing on the cake I am kept holding for 25 minutes & then I am cut off.
