Rude Staff

Do these people realize that the Country has been in lock down for 8 months so yes I got behind in my payments which I am catching up on. I get a phone call today from a very rude lady who says I must confirm details I told her to tell me what she has on file to prevent ***** on my details she put the phone down on me. there is obviously a communication problem between ABSA and the Attorneys.
