ABSA credit card debt still show on credit report but already settled

I paid of my credit card during May 2018 with ABSA (through Newton's Attorneys) but an amount in excess of R500.00 is still reflecting on my credit report. I have a paid up letter from Newton's Attorneys as proof of this. I just want the negative showing to be removed from my credit profile.
