Bad service and rude technician

The worse service and we paid in fully what we were charged thereafter we are give excuses about the part of the stove being unavailable. We have been calling them as they don't communicate. The technician Nathi is rude when I called him. I just want them to fix our facility's stove and then we'll never bother them again.
