Poor Customer Service

I hired Newtech Appliance Repairs to fix my washing machine. It worked for just two days before breaking down again. I reached out to them for help, but they ignored my calls and messages. After some time, they finally agreed to come by, but it is now been 4 weeks and they still haven't shown up or responded.

I would strongly advise against using Newtech Appliance Repairs. Their after-sales service is terrible once they have received your payment.
